failure TO APPEAR

I am this kind of guy who manages everything to create good conditions for people I work with. I take care of them and I try to listen their wish and limits. Because I met lot of boys and girls in my previous job and in this one, there is no surprise from human behavior : I feel problems before they really appear. And that’s exactly what I did for the past week-end … since 3 weeks, I knew we would have a problem with a french girl : I can accept some excuses but I don’t accept things like not answering to text messages. I ask something, you read, reply and don’t answer to my question … that’s not serious ! Because of you, we had to change the planning and Mina had to shoot alone. Obviously, you didn’t care about it and that’s sad. Sad because it would have been easy to be respectful and inform us : no need to make long sentences, something like “I woulnd’t be there on sunday” would have been enough. Be sure, Miss, all this wasn’t a winning move …
