today, I made my selection for the main serie with Mina and Lunna (205 images including 135 premium shots in 1424×2144). I also edited another unpublished set of pictures I did with Dana in 2005. I know, that’s amazing : I still have some treasures hidden in my hard drive. 3 years old, shooting #201 (the 300 limit will be reached on next week-end) and a lot of memories. I am sure the fans will love to discover that new serie and I bet all others will enjoy to watch the maid strictly bound on the floor.

I am used to prepare everything before shooting to avoid waste of time with post-production. that’s a bit boring for the models who think I am a maniac (and they are right) but some surprises sometimes happen. that day, it was my first photo session using my new camera and, that time, I didn’t make serious tests before to try the Nikon D300. the day after, I was really disappointed when I noticed all my shots were underexposed… the reason ? that camera screen is too bright and need a special setting to work properly. I fixed that issue using a method I already used in the past : change the brightness level to -2 and not -1 like on my previous Nikon’s. BUT you know murphy’s law, one problem is not enough. I was probably too much focused on the camera settings and I didn’t notice my model assistant made a big mistake with the make-up using a dark fondation which was looking really bad. I asked her to fix it for the second photo set but Mina looked strange on the first one (orange skin and no gradation between the face and the neck). SO, I had to fix this problem on every picture I’ve edited today and there were more than 180 shots for the whole serie. Obviously I found a method working well and the result is better than expected when I initially checked the pictures. A lot of people won’t notice some contrast issues, softer or stronger than usual in my recent productions : I bet you will be focused on the cool game between Mina as the slave and Lunna as the mistress.
